- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Morgantown, WV, is publishing this Synopsis/Solicitation (request for price quotation) in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item). This Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) is to request a price quotation for the purchase of: 1. 200 AMU Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer. 2. Additional Mass Spectrometer Maintenance Kit 3. Mass Spectral Library Equipment Specifications are outlined in Attachment A below. Also outlined in Attachment B below are pertinent clauses that apply to all vendors submitting a price quotation. Attachment C is an informational FAX COVER SHEET that must be completed and submitted with price quotations from any vendor submitting a quotation.
