- This synopsis is being issued to re-open subject solicitation: Issue date is 09/08/04, and closing date is 09/23/04. The proposed procurement is for NSN 4330-01-062-3770, 4330-02-289-3348, 4330-01-371-1401, Filter element, fluid pressure in accordance with Parker Hannifin Corporation (05779) part number 92922, Wintec LLC (05CK) p/n 4331-518, Norman Filter Co LLC (59165) P/N U-10134. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). An estimated annual quantity for NSN 4330-01-062-3770 is 143 each, NSN 4330-01-189-3348 is 68 each, NSN 4330-01-371-1401 is 301 each. Items to be shipped to various locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance. Numbered note 26 is applicable. THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE ISSUE DATE OF 09/08/04.
