- This synopsis announces the cancellation of Defense Logistics Agency cost comparison studies announced on October 10, 2001, under the OMB Circular A-76 (Revised 1999). The study involved is for the Defense Distribution Center in Anniston, Alabama (DDAA). In accordance with the transition plan issued under OMB Circular A-76 (Revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, May 29, 2003, the study is canceled and will be subsequently re-announced under the revised circular. Solicitation SP0700-03-R-7015 was issued for DDAA and is hereby canceled in its entirety.
