Description

The U.S. Coast Guard intends to issue a solicitation for follow-on water taxi services between the ISC Honolulu and MSO Pier 4, Honolulu Harbor, Honolulu, HI. FFP requirement consists of providing qualified crew to operate a USCG owned 26? vessel, up to 12 passengers. IDIQ requirement consists of the contractor providing a similar vessel and qualified crew under certain conditions. Hours of service ? 0600 to 1700 hours, M-F, excluding Federal Holidays and Weekends. Conducted under FAR 13.5, as a best-value procurement, with past performance and experience as technical evaluation factors. Base year and four, one-year options will be evaluated. NAICS-483212. Size Std-500 employees. All questions must be in writing. Solicitation to be posted to FedBizOpps o/a 04 August 2004, with an anticipated two week closing date. All interested, capable small-business firms are encouraged to download a copy of the solicitation and supporting documents from FedBizOps immediately upon posting to ensure that required timeframes are met. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. All eligible firms may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
