- Description
- Rust Land Trust ? Wetland Reserve Program project located in Calhoun County, Illinois. Work consists of furnishing all equipment, labor, supplies, materials and incidentals necessary to plant 156 acres of containerized trees and install 50 small signs and posts. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page on or about September 7, 2004. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing. Fax your request to 217-353-6677. This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set-aside for small business concerns. The cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is from contact award through December 31, 2004. A site showing will be held on September 8, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the Calhoun County Service Center located RR2, Hwy 100N, in Hardin, Illinois. For directions, call that location at 618-576-2717 ext 3. After a brief meeting concerning the bidding process and contract requirements, the group will tour the work site. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be accomplished at the CCR website: http://www.ccr.gov. The Interested Vendor List (IVL) feature was enabled for this solicitation on today. Interested parties are invited to register on the IVL as well as to utilize the list as a resource for identifying, or being identified as, a prospective firm with which to collaborate or team.
