Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS - AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation number is FA4890-04-T-0029 and this solicitation number is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2001-20). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611420, however this RFQ is SET ASIDE For Small Business. ***ACC Contracting Squadron/LGCA, LAFB, VA has a requirement for 15 Multipurpose Training Vouchers to provide accelerated training at a Vendor provided facility in a multi-day boot camp atmosphere, for the Oracle 9i DBA Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSE 2003 Security+) tracks (Both programs must be available). Vouchers should have no expiration date and be all-inclusive. Training Program should include airfare, lodging accommodations, most meals, program courseware, self-test software, exam vouchers, testing for each program, 24 hour lab/instructor access for hands-on training, small class sizes and offer a combination of lecture, hands-on lab and instructor led review sessions. ***All interested offerors shall provide a quote for the following line item: Line Item 0001: Quantity 15 Each, Oracle 9i DBA (Inclusive)and Microsoft Training *** The contractor shall state the warranty coverage provided for all line items if applicable. ***Delivery shall be FOB Destination. ***Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote offers the best value to the Government with price and the aforementioned specifications stated above. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: Training Program Package being offered, Price, and Past Performance. *** The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3.
