- *******This amendment is issued to incorporate FAR 52.211-17 Alternatives to Government unique standards, FAR 52.225-1, Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program, and FAR· FAR 52.253-1, Computer Generated Forms.******* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is F7318542020200 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333999, the small business size standard is 500 employees. Any item listed by Brand Name may be substituted for an equal product. If the offeror substitutes items, then the offeror shall submit specifications, literature, catalog cuts, or brochures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through e-mail or mail. Regardless of the method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of the quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation to include shipping charges for Line item 0001- Zinc Plated Steel housing ball transfer units, Quantity: 3,200 each, 44.958mm/1.77 inch (bottom diameter), 50.800mm/2.0 inch (flange diameter), 39.116mm/1.54 inch (overall height), 13.716mm/0.54 inch (exposed height). Capacity: 226 kg/500 lbs, ball size: 30mm/1.1875 inch and weight: 0.304 kg/0.67 lbs. Delivery date: 14 after receipt of order. Mfg Name/Part number: Kie Tek Part # KO1A0 ** OR EQUAL ** Place of delivery and acceptance, FOB destination, Charleston Air Force Base, S.C. 29404.
