- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, H92242-04-T-0007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The associated NAICS code is 333315 and small business size standard is 500. Line Item 0001 Navigator or equivalent, underwater low light level video camera with 3.8 mm FFL lens, 570 lines resolution, 3.4 x -4 lux usable picture sensitivity, 3 x 10-3 lux full resolution, shunt regulators for operation with existing constant current power supply, 316 series stainless steel housing, with weld mount DG O Brien m24217/1-003 or equivalent connector, 3000 meter operating depth. Line Item 0002, Dual Power Supply Unit, constant voltage for DDS cameras. Two power supply units mounted in rack panel able to supply power for two DDS cameras. Will fit into existing. BNC output video connector. FOB Destination to NSWG4 Norfolk Va. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors are require to complete and include a copy of the following provision with their proposals: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-5 (DEV) Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration and DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
