- This is a combined synopsis-/-solicitation SOLE SOURCE (FAR) 6.302-1 for a commercial item/service prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.501(a) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, . The solicitation number for this Request for Quotation is N00244-04-T-0918. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The Location is Naval Hospital Lemoore, Ca This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
