- The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends on negotiating a sole source contract with Hawaii Modular Space for the continuous lease of portable office trailers. Please annotate Solicitation No. N00604-04-T-A997. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 532120 and $21.5 mil respectively. The FSC Code is W023. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 ? Commercial Item and FAR 13.5 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All prospective quoters are respo! nsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. TRAILER HAS OPEN FLOOR PLAN, WINDOWS, ONE (1) EXTERIOR DOOR WITH LOCK, VINYL COMPOSITION TILE FLOOR, THROUGH WALL 8,000 BTU AIR CONDITIONER. QTY: 12 MONTHS ITEM 0001AB: LEASE OF ONE (1) 24? X 60? MODULAR OFFICE TRAILER (UNIT 804) FOR THE PERIOD OF 01 OCTOBER 2004 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2005. OFFICE TRAILER INTERIOR SHALL INCLUDE TWO (2) PRIVATE OFFICES, AND ONE (1) HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM.
