- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Software Systems Group. The contractor shall provide Standard Data Format (SDF) Tools Software for High Resolution Radar Measurement System. This software includes the real time import & export (RTIE) data acquisition, correction and control used during full-scale ship RCS measurements to evaluate performance and characteristics. Up-to-date software is needed to integrate advanced computer hardware with our current RCS measurement system. The SDF Tools software and its architectural design unique only to the Software System Group. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
