- Solicitation # W912DW-04-Q-0153 Scope of Work: Services to be provided under this contract will primarily involve assisting the ITIPS planner with coordinating review of ITIPS data in accordance with the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. Reviews will focus on the IT needs of various District offices for the next 5-7 years. As such, the work will involve coordinating Division chiefs and various technical support entities with the District that have responsibilities in these areas. The input provided by these entities will be entered into the annual ITIPS update via the web application provided by HQUSACE. The contractor will be responsible for preparing the ITIPS review comments and response to District customers as well as the recommendation report to the IT Steering Committee and the Distri ct Executive Team.
