- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, requires a contract to provide Historic Landscape Study at Overhills Historic District, Fort Bragg. Description of work: The work consist of providing all labor, equipment, tools transportation, and materials necessary to study and document historic landscapes on the Overhills Estate. Landscapes are part of the Overhills Historic District, a private country club from 1906-1938. Study entails archival research at local and state archives, large f ormat photography and creating GIS/CADD maps to document changes through time. Results will be presented in a report following the Historic American Landscape Study (HALS) format. Study will be conducted in accordance with the National Historic Preservat ion Act (PL89-665) as amended. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 31 August 2004, on the Internet at http://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil/. Offer due date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible small businesses may submit a bid, which if timely received, shall be considered. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8733 and North American Industry Clas sification Systems (NAICS) code is 541710 and the size standard is 500. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Note: Any prospective Offeror interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this solicitation must register on our website at http://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil/. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. Paper copies of this solicit ation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored.
