- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials to perform maintenance and overhaul of L Model Main Transmission, applicable to the UH-60 helicopter. Input NSN and P/N: 1615-01-305-2375/70351-431 00-041. Output NSN and P/N: 1615-01-305-2375/70101-48100-041. Quantity: 80 each. The maintenance and overhaul shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's blueprints/production drawings and specifications. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), F AR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. A firm fixed price delivery order against Contract N00383-99-D-016N, which is a Navy Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), is contemplated. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX, beginning 90 days after contract award. Technical data is not available to support this acquisition on a competitive basis. The approved source for this procurement is Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, CT . Offerors must meet source approval requirements in order to be eligible for contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Source approval requests should be submitted in accordance with the Comp etition Advocate's Shopping List (CASL) procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following web site: http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/. Source approval requests may be submitted to: Commander, U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, ATTN: AMSA M-MMC-AV-S, Building 5309, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280. Award will not be withheld pending approval of a new source(s). This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. A solicitation shall not be issued for this requirement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted to a later date; however, delivery order award will not be made prior to the closing date stated above. See note 22.
