- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for a Firm Fixed Priced Contract to purchase steel and metal materials for the Regional Site Maintenance, Kansas Army National Guard, Ft Riley, Kansas. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6, as s upplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for Quote W912JC-04-T-5708 is issued. Example of materials requested is 300 sheets of 18 ga x 48 x 96 cold roll sheet; 50 sheets of 81 ga x 60 x 120 cold roll sheet. Call or e-mail the contracting officer, Sandy Summers, to obtain a complete list of materials to submit a quote on. Award will be ma de to one vendor, multiple awards will NOT be made. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Quote must include FOB Dest to Ft Riley, KS. Shipping will not be paid as a separate item. All interested and eligible vendors may submit a proposal which will be considered. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (2/2002) applies to this acquisition.
