- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation includes provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The proposed contract listed is set aside 100% for a small business, and applies to Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 611710 and size standard of $6,000,000. The contractor shall provide education advisor services (nonpersonal) per statement of work. Bids shall include per four-hour session and total cost for base year and two option years as listed in the bid schedule. Estimated workload is 260 sessions per year. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the blanks filled in as follows: Quotations will be evaluated according to paragraph 11.2 of the Statement of Work. Quotes shall include FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. No addenda apply. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items-applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR 52.212-5 clauses cited in the clause applicable to this acquisition are (b) (5)(i) (14) (16) (17) (18) (19) (20) and (30). The following clauses are also applicable to this acquisition: 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration, and 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. Quotes will be received at 90 CONS/LGCB, 7505 Marne Loop, F.E. Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860 until 4:30 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 25 Aug 2004.
