- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), F1146B41882200.This document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAC 2001-24 dated 19 Jul 2004. The NAICS Code is 334310 and the small business size standard is 750. This acquisition is 100% set -aside for small business. The procurement is for Audio Component Replacement for the Hanscom AF Band. The following items apply: Clin 0001, 4 EA, Mackie Powered Monitor SRM 450; Clin 0002, 4 EA, Ultimate Speaker Stands w/Tele Lock/Model TS90; Clin 0003, 4 EA, Tote Bags for TS90 Speaker Stand ( For Clin 0002); Clin 0004, 4 EA, Gator GA700, Rolling Speaker Bag; Clin 0005, 2 EA, Sony CDP-D11 CD Player; Clin 0006, 4 EA, AKG C414B-ULS Microphone; Clin 0007, 1 EA, Crown PIP Card, card Model AMCB; and Clin 0008, 2 EA, Klark Teknic Microphone Splitter Model #DN1248 Plus/DP. Estimated Shipping; F.O.B. Destination; Inspection and Acceptance: F.O.B. Destination. Prices must be provided for all items to receive award. Provide the total for these items. This procurement will be funded IAW FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds (APR 1984). Funds are not presently available.The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-commercial Items (all offerors shall include a copy of this provision with their quote); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (in Paragraph (b)) the following clauses apply; 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.225-1, 52.225-13, 52.232-33; and FAR 52.252-2 to access the clauses at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Also included are DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, in Paragraph (b) the following clause applies: 252.225-7001.
