- Description
- To provide On-site Help desk support services required for Government beneficiaries for the 7th Medical Group IAW Statement of Work for Dyess AFB TX. 79607. The contractor shall provide a point of contact who shall be responsible for the performance of work IAW statement of work. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561320. The requirement will be Monday thru Friday 7:30AM until 4:30pm excluding federal holidays. The point of contact shall arrange for coverage when the help desk provider will be unable to provide services for (5) or more consecutive scheduled shifts. The point of contact shall provide a list by date and time with individual provider names for those days the contractor shall be providing services. This list shall be provided to the Medical Information Systems Flight Commander by the 20th of each month of the preceding month. Proposed work schedule changes shall be submitted to the Medical Information Systems Flight Commander at least 48 hours in advance. This requirement will be 100% small business set-aside. This sources sought is to obtain interested souces who would like to bid on the requirement. A solicitation will be issued soon.
