- The Department of Veteran Affairs, VA Heartland Network 15 Business Office, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Bard Electrophysiology, Haverhill, MA, to provide and install a LabSystem PRO EP Recorder Upgrade, St. Louis, MO. The Government will consider any proposals for this equipment if received by August 23, 2004 2:00 PM CST. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. A determination based upon proposal responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
