- Description
- Scope of work: The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Record Center & Vault operated by the Austin Automation Center (AAC) intends to procure services from a vendor located in the Neosho, MO area and licensed to perform pest control management and extermination consisting of chemical treatment, traps, surveillance techniques, and other appropriate methods to prevent and/or eliminate infestations of spiders, ants, roaches, mice, fleas, silverfish, wasps, rats and other pests. Services are to be performed at the following sites: VA Record Center Warehouse consisting of: --4,217 sq. ft of related office, break room & mailroom space. --4 warehouse storage areas consisting of approx. 42,000 sq ft. each. --2 warehouse storage areas consisting of approx. 52,000 sq ft. each. VA Record Center Vault consisting of: --Office and warehouse storage areas encompassing a total of approx 20,000 sq. ft.
