- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina has a requirement for in-home collection of blood samples from veterans who consent to participate in a DNA Bank associated with the National Registry of Veterans with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The requirement will be for a base year with two (2) one year renewal options. No facsimile or web-based proposal will be accepted. No telephonic questions will be answered. If there are questions, please submit them in writing and fax them to 919/286-6819. The offer due date is August 31, 2004, 4:00pm local time.
