- Modified 6/16/2004 to incorporate answers to offeros questions as attached. The FAA Northwest Mountain Region Regulation and Certification Division, AVR, is seeking to procure a secure, reliable, and flexible hardware/software video conferencing package capable of linking each AVR organization within the Northwest Mountain Region; Region to Region with in the FAA, Regional Office to Field Office, Field Office to Field Office, and from FAA to Industry. The solution must be leading edge video conferencing technology. FAA is looking to award a contract to supply this equipment prior to October 1, 2004, with delivery, installation, and training to follow immediately. The requirement is for 14 desktop units, 13 Conference Room Units, and 1 Multi-point Control Unit. All units must be from the same manufacturer. The statement of work and all exhibits are attached to this announcement at http://www.asu.faa.gov/faaco/index.cfm Any changes will be announced at that site. Offers are due by 4:30 PDST, August 18, 2004 and may be submitted electronically or by fax. See Sections B and L of the SIR. This action is subject to the availability of funds.
