- The United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) intends to negotiate with Select Business Solutions (formerly AONIX) of San Diego, CA for NOMAD software annual maintenance on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Only One Source Reasonably Available. The previously purchased NOMAD is a proprietary software programming system currently used on specified mainframe central processing units at USDOJ. Uninterrupted software maintenance is to continue for the periods of performance of fiscal year 2005. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541511 with a size standard not to exceed $21 million. Interested parties may submit in writing their interest and capability to respond to this notice NLT August 27, 2004 at 12:00 Noon. A request for quotation is not available.
