Kollmorgen Corporation Inland Motor Division P/N MB-1001-B.Classification Code (FAR 5.207(g) 59 NAICS 335312.Specifications plans or drawings relating to the procrement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Govt.PRLI: 0001,QTY: EST 80,U/I:EA, Delivery :157 days FOB Destination , DEST: Any Conus stock facility, to be cited on each delivery order as per the P-41. Option to extend term of contract 48 months. Other than full and open (10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1) (FAR6.302-1).More than one source (Note 22) . Intended sources: Curtiss-Wright Systems and Kollmorgen Corp. 12 Trade Agreements Act. Unrestricted. Automated Best Value System ABVS. This is a flight safety critical Aircraft Part. Solicitation will result in an indefinite Quanity Contract for the base year and four option years. The est annual qty is 80, the guaranteed minimum qty is 20 each,and the maximum annual qty is 160 for the base and option years. The minimum delivery order qty is 20 and the maximum delivery order qty is 80. There is a Surge requirement. The final award contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
