- NSN 1730-01-181-9275 Kit, Hydraulic Hoses, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, Cage 02731, P/N 7-262100019-601, DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Qty 61 EA, 100% option, Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin, QAP 001, Delivery 180 Days ARO. The end item is the 61A Helicopter and the Apache AH-64. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS).
