- Parts Kit, Seal Replacement. YPC4120000090, NSN 2090-01-501-5509, Part Number TLCNVX570, Cage 046U2, Tailored Logistics. Quantity (including option quantity) of 78 kt. to be delivered to Defense Dist Depot, Norfolk, VA within 238 days after date of award. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 28 July 2004. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Tailored Logistics (Cage 046U2). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. See Note(s): 12, 13 and 26. Solicitation SP0760-04-R-3788 has been modified with a new opening date of 18 August 2004 and a closing date of 17 Sept. 2004. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
