- Description
- The Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) Fort Meade, Maryland and Receipt-in-Place Location Aberdeen/Edgewood Proving Grounds, Maryland requires a contractor to furnish all labor, tools, supplies (including tires), repair parts, oil, grease, fuel filters, air filters, oil filters, etc., to perform timely and effective preventive maintenance (PM), service calls, and repair service, including performing Limited Technical Inspection (LTI), when required for Material Handling Equipment. Period of performance shall be for one year with 2 one-year options, All repairs and preventive maintenance services are to be made in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) manual. The contractor shall be paid for the actual services provided. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable environmental protection regulations. Contractor must be able to respond to minor unscheduled repairs/service calls within a maximum of 48 hours. Items to be maintained include Hyster Electric 4K forklifts, Hyster gas 4K forklifts, Hyster electric 6K forklift, John Deere 8K front end loader, Yale gas 3K forklift, Yale 6K forklift, Hyster diesel 6K forklifts, a 1987 FMC Crane 25K, a Hyster diesel 15K forklift and a Hyster electric 3K forklift. This is an unrestricted procurement. NAICS is 811310. Size standard - $6.0 Million. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Required Central Contractor Registration" applies to all solicitations issued on/or after 06-01-98.
