- Delivery of Into-Plane aviation fuels for various domestic airport locations under purchase program 2.3E. The purchase period is from 1 April 2005 ? 31 March 2009. The following quantities are estimated: Jet A w/FSII 52,763,450 USG ? 9130-01-305-4097, JET A w/o FSII 23,517,878 USG ? 9130-01-305-4097 and JET A w/ FSII Into Truck 353,000 USG ? 9130-01-305-4097.
