- Description
- The Air Force Flight Test Center is seeking potential sources capable of performing Structural Pest Control Services for Edwards AFB CA. The contractor shall provide all management, licenses, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor to develop and implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for structural pest control services at Edwards AFB in a manner that will ensure the health and general well being of installation personnel, and effectively control pests. This service performance shall include Edwards Main Base, North Base, South Base, Housing areas, Mobile Home Park, Golf Course, NASA, and the Air Force Research Laboratory. Firms capable of performing the described services are invited to submit a description of their capabilities and experience to: AFFTC/PKS (Attn: Judy Gayler, 5 S. Wolfe Avenue, Edwards AFB CA 93524-1185 or e-mail judy.gayler@edwards.af.mil. Submissions should be limited to 5 pages and include evidence of similar past and present performance. Contractors must identify their business type (i.e., large, small, small and disadvantaged, 8(a) certified, woman-owned small, HUBZone certified small, or service disabled veteran-owned small business). The NAICS code is 561710 and the size standard for small business is $6 million in annual receipts. Responses will assist the Government in determining whether to set-aside/restrict competition in some way or solicit offers from all responsible sources.
