- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE, TO W914NS-04-Q-0218 IS TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE OF THE QUOTE AND PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY. 1. The due date of the quote is changed to 4 September 2004. 2. The Government desires that the deliveries of all the contract line items be staggered into four equal deliveries. The first delivery of 25 percent of the quantities of all the line items is due between 120 days (desired) after receipt of the order (ARO) and 180 days (required) ARO. The next delivery of the second 25 percent of the line items is due between 180 days (desired) ARO and 240 days (required) ARO. The third increment of 25 percent of the line items is due 270 days ARO. The last increment of 25 percent of the line items is due 300 days ARO. 3. Invoicing after each delivery is authorized.
