- United States Government Seeks Sources for Leased Office and Related Space In Kansas City, Missouri REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease prestigious office and related space consisting of approximately 18,400 rentable square feet, along with 2 reserved and designated parking spaces. The rentable space must yield 16,053 to 16,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. The office space must be contiguous, above street-level, and serviced by a minimum of two accessible elevators. Structural support columns shall be at least 20 feet, center to center from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than two-feet square. The office space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government?s requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. TENANT: Office of Hearings and Appeals LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area located in Kansas City, Missouri: 27th Street on the SOUTH; State Line on the WEST; The area bounded by Prospect, Independence Avenue, I-35, the Missouri Rive and Broadway on the EAST and NORTH. LEASE TERM: The proposed rental term shall be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space is desired by approximately summer 2005. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
