THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO MODIFY FAR CLAUSE 52.212 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) OF THE RFQ TO INCLUDE ASSIGNED POINTS TO EACH EVALUATION CRITERIA AND TO MODIFY A STATEMENT IN THE CLAUSE FROM: TECHNICAL, PAST PERFORMANCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS OF PERSONNEL WHEN COMBINED, ARE EQUAL IN IMPORTANCE WHEN COMPARED TO PRICE; TO: TECHNICAL, PAST PERFORMANCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS OF PERSONNEL WHEN COMBINED, ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN PRICE. TECHNICAL APPROACH IS ASSIGNED FORTY (40) POINTS, PAST PERFORMANCE IS ASSIGNED THIRTY-FIVE (35) POINTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS OF PERSONNEL IS ASSIGNED TWENTY FIVE (25) POINTS.
