- NAICS Code: 511120 This Request for Quotation is amended: 1) to correct the weighting of evaluation factors. Clause 52.212-2 is corrected to read "All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined are approximately equal to cost or price" 2) to correct the text associated with FAR 52.212-3 to read. "The full text of this provision is included as Attachment 2 to the RFQ." 3) To add the clause entitled "Quote Submission Instructions". All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain in full force and effect. The amended Request for Quotation and Attachment 2 to the RFQ (clause 52.212-3) have been posted to the EPA website at: Http://www.epa.gov/oam. Interested parties can access all information related to this acquisition on the aforementioned website.
