Description
NAICS Code: 511210 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) Climate Protection Partnership Division (CPPD) Energy Supply and Industry Branch (ESIB) intends to award a sole source fixed-price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Siebel Systems of San Mateo, CA. ESIB's goals to expand Partnerships through recruitment has resulted in a growing need for continued account management to coordinate task. The purpose of this acquisition is to renew support, of the Siebel Systems online Customer Relations Management (CMR) tool. This tool will continue to coordinate recruiting and account management efforts, which are geographically dispersed, for ESIB and CPPD. This Purchase Order will be for a one-year agreement. Siebel Systems shall provide for continued use of the on-line tool that facilitates recruiting and Partner support, advancing the account management and the coordination of tasks for Greenhouse Gas emission reductions for ESIB and CPPD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 7 calendar days (5.203b) of the date of this annoucement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
