Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-04-100 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 444120 and the size standard is 500 employees. Line item 1. RFJ International Corporation Koroseal vinyl wallcovering. No substitutions will be considered. Shall be vinyl wallcovering RFJ International pattern 6339 L215-05 3, ?Shetland?, color: Cotswold. The vinyl wallcovering shall meet or exceed Federal Specification CCC-W-408 A&B, Type I, Class A, with minimum weight of 15 oz. per linear yard, based on 53/54 inch width. Wallcovering also shall meet or exceed CFFA-W-101C,Type 1, Class A. Fire test results shall conform to NFPA101 Life Safety Code. Wallcovering shall be UL listed and labeled. The wallcovering shall be manufactured using 100% water-based inks, and shall be cadmium free. It shall be treated with an antimicrobial to resist growth of mildew and bacteria, and shall have a clear acrylic top coating for ease of cleanability. The wallcovering also must contain Early Warning Effect. Wallcovering must be tested and approved for application to steel walls. Thirty (30) to sixty (60) yard bolts. Not more than two (2) dye lots must be used to complete order. At least 15 oz. but no more than 18 oz. weight. Delivery date of no later than September 10, 2004 on-site at 320 Avery Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. The Government is requesting a quantity of 6,000 yards. Delivery to The Bureau of the Public Debt, 320 Avery Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, FOB Origin. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items with their offer.
