- Description
- The fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego (FISCSD) intends to place a non-competitive, commercial contract with Philips Medical Systems for the service and maintenance of Nuclear Medicine units, Angiographic equipment, Ultrasound and Radiographic equipment. Philips Medical Systems is the original equipment manufacturer. The proposed contract will be for a base period, to commence 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005, with four one-year option periods. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be issued ."
