- FISC-San Diego, Regional Contracting Department is announcing it?s intent to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to the Oklahoma Transport Authority for toll/pike passes. The order will be a firm fixed price order with a one year base period and three one year options. FAR part 12 procedures will be utilized. The Navy Recruiting District Kansas City, MO will utilize the toll/pike passes for the normal course of recruiting duties statewide. Oral solicitation procedures will be utilized for this requirement and a formal written RFQ will not be issued. The anticipated award date of the purchase order is October 1, 2004.
