- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period, 36 months, of a Basic Ordering Agreement with Newport News Shipbuilding, 4104 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607. The proposed BOA will allow for orders to be placed for various services and materials in support of operational aircraft carriers. These efforts include technical and engineering support, maintenance, repairs, corrective measures, testing and performance evaluations and modernization and alteration efforts. NNS is the only source with the detailed knowledge of and familiarity with nuclear aircraft carriers qualified to perform the required work.
