- Naval Air Orlando Training Systems Division (NAVAIR Orlando TSD) has a requirement to provide contractor non-personal technical support services for the design and development of Air Combat Training System (ACTS) Lesson Objective Database (LODb) that will be utilized for the development of tactical web-based courseware for various communities. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source procurement action to D.P. Associates, Inc. NAVAIR Orlando TSD anticipates awarding a cost plus fixed fee type contract with a period of performance of 3 months. The contractor will provide the Government an ACTS Learning Objective database, standardize the data input process, structure the database to improve reporting and data management, and make the database information web-accessible. Detailed Tasks include: 1)Verify the Front End Analysis Tool (FEAT) data structure will accommodate current LO?s and desired data fields; 2) Migrate LO?s into FEAT/ DPA On-Line Management System (DOMS) web-hosted database; and 3) Data structure must be able to produce a variety of reports for the following entities: Program management personnel, community ACTS curriculum managers and educational specialists, and contractor personnel developing instructional materials This synopsis is for information and subcontract planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government.
