- Description
- The U. S. Navy intends to award a cost plus fixed fee order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-03-G-0005 to Raytheon Company, Tucson, AZ for sustaining engineering and depot repair services in support of deployed USAF High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) systems. Specifically, Raytheon will provide systems engineering support of the HARM Weapon System which includes, but is not limited to, providing engineering services in support of various depot activities, providing for the design, development, and fabrication of retrofit kits and associated support equipment, and providing technical support for the HARM Weapon System. This order will be issued on a sole source basis to Raytheon Company, the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the HARM Weapon System. Note 22 applies.
