- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, 820 Chandler Street, Fort Detrick, MD intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with GETINGE USA, INC for the customization/modification/replacement of the Reverse Osmosis/De-ionized Water Sys tem. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from other responsible business prior to close of business on 16 August 2004 will be evaluated. Offerors r esponding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested services.
