Description

Robotic Welding Cell. The extent of work includes design, fabrication,installation, proveout and training for one each robotic welding cell in accordance with statement of work and purchase description number 1436. Installation shall be at Pine Blu ff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as Militarily Critical Technical Data. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain certification, c ontact: Commander, Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS), ATTN: U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 or call the DLIS at (800)-352-3572. The DLIS Unites States/Canada Joint Certification Loo kup service is available via the Internet at: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/ccal/. No restricted information will be released without proof of certification. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423830 and the size standard is 500 e mployees. FOB Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff Arkansas. Solicitation shall be conducted utilizing the best value approach and may be awarded to other than the lowest offer. Acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation issue dat e on or about 27 August 2004 with a solicitation closing date on or about 17 Sep 2004. Government furnished material will be provided for testing requirements. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
