- Description
- The work to be accomplished consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, plant, and equipment necessary to prepare one or more historic property investigations and reports. These studies will include, but will not be totally limited to: a rchaeological literature review and records search, pedestrian survey, visual inspection of ground surface for the purpose of determining presence or absence of archaeological remains, intensive survey (an intensive survey is defined as an on-the-ground ev aluation of 100 percent of a project area) subsurface testing, shovel testing/mechanical stripping, test excavations (the precise number of units to be excavated, and depths, will be stipulated in individual delivery orders) documentation of significance, subsurface coring (subsurface geomorphological coring may be required in certain topographic contexts during the tenure of this contract) artifact analysis and curation. This will be an indefinite delivery contract for one year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Contract value not to exceed $700,000.00 per year with a guaranteed minimum of $14,000.00 per year.
