- This amendment to solicitation number W912JB-04-T-2015 is issued to add the following minimum specifications for the cabin heaters: Ejector Location ?????? Aircraft Transition Cover; Heating Capacity ?????? 52,000 BTUH; Torque Impact ?????? 1.5% Los s; Electrical Load - .58 amps @ 28 DC; Cabin Heater ?????? Bleed Air. Evaluation Factors are changed to read: Ability to Meet Government Requirements to include weight of heater and time required to install/de-install, Delivery lead time, Past Performanc e and Price in descending order. When submitting quote, offeror must provide all technical specifications to include weight of heater and install/de-install time. All other terms and requirements of this solicitation remain unchanged.
