- Synopsis The Request for Quote (RFQ) requirement is hereby issued as an ALL or None requirement. The Air National Guard (ANG) has a requirement to upgrade the Air National Guard owned Nortel Meridian One telephone systems to the Succession 3.0 operating software pl atform. The upgrade will include the installation of the MultiLevel Preemption and Precedence (MLLP) software, at Thirty-Six (36) locations. The (MLLP) software shall be installed and programmed on the telephone switch to support the Defense Information S ystem Network (DISN) standard dialing plan. The installation of a new DISN T-1/619A Integrated Switched Digital Network (ISDN), Primary Rate Interface (PRI) trunk to the telephone switch is required for several sites. Contractor shall be responsible for s hipment and delivery charges of all associated hardware and software. Contractor will be responsible for the programming of all telephone switch software configurations in support of the 619A protocol. This will require the contractor to coordinate with Defense Information System Agency (DISA) and/or MCI representative on the ISDN PRI trunk reconfigurations and/or installation of a new ISDN PRI T-1 trunk. Additionally, The installing technician will be responsible to provide training to the telephone swi tch maintenance personnel at each location, after the installation and upgrade of the hardware/software and all associated peripheral devices have been completed. Additionally, a telephone switch will be installed at McGee Tyson Air National Guard Base (AN GB), Knoxville, TN. The acquisition will be issued as UNRESTRICTED basis therefore all interested vendors are requested to submit a proposal. The proposal due date shall be 7 Sep 04. Contract award will be made to the Technical Acceptable / Low Offeror. THIS REQUIREMENT IS ISSUED AS AN ALL OR NONE REQUIREMENT. The National Guard Bureau (NGB) anticipates the issuance of the Request for Proposal on or about 26 Aug 04. The NAICS Code applicable to this solicitation is 334210 and the size standard Not to Ex ceed 1000 Employees.
