- The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCCW), 5200 Army Pentagon, Arlington, VA intends to procure logistics consulting services as described herein. The solicitation is unrestricted, full and open competition. Proposals will be accepted from all sources willing to provide the services described in the Statement of Work (SOW).
