- This will be a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material and other services necessary to perform custodial services, Aliamanu Military Reservation, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 7 September 2004. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 28 September 2004. Period of performance is 1 January 2005 through 31 December 2005 with no option periods. This procurement is a total HUBZone set-aside. NAICS 561720, Janitorial Services. Interested offerors will be notified via email when the solicitation is available and are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on thi s website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. Recommended minimum IT capabilities for contractor systems are 56K modems for website downloads and 2 mb email capacity. This is a one-time requirement. Services are currently performed under separate contract. Current contractor is J.B. Wilson Company 197 Sand Island Access Road Suite 201A, Honolulu, HI 96819-4901. Current contract is a base with two six-month option periods. T he estimated contract price is $215,272.00.
