Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses to this Solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ) must refer to Solicitation Number FA4659-04-Q-0011. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The North American Industrial Classification System Code for this requirement is 423910 size standard of 500 employees . The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract under Far Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Award will be based on the availability of funds. There are (8) eight line items for this requirement as follows: CLIN 0001: AMF 90XL Pinspotters, P/N 610-900-065, 60HZ includes dual pit light 8.5 second strike cycle, self-adjusting front-end motors with electrical brakes. Steel table 20 bin storage capacity, LCD diagnostic display with handheld device for all chassis controls. QTY 12 PR, CLIN 0002: Spare parts kit for CLIN 0001 P/N 784-534-060 QTY 1 KT, CLIN 0003: Wood kickbacks right hand with plates AMF style P/N 610-495-012 QTY 13 EA, CLIN 0004: Wood kickbacks left hand with plates AMF style P/N 610-495-013 QTY 13 EA, CLIN 0005: Kickbacks with plates doubles P/N 610-495-014, QTY 12 EA, CLIN 0006: Trade in of AMF 82-70 MP Chassis Pinspotters QTY 24 EA, CLIN 0007: Installation QTY 1 EA, CLIN 0008: Freight QTY 1 EA, All items are limited to brand name of AMF Clauses and provisions listed below can be viewed and/or downloaded from the Internet: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/.
