- A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated for the installation of carpet, tile and covebase. A combined synopsis solicitation will be issued on or about 13 Aug 04 and may be downloaded from this site. This procurement is being conducted as a 100 percent small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 423220. The size standard is: 500 employees. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
