(See attached specifications, Solicitation #FA4608-04-Q-0192) THE PROPOSED SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS 333131 FOR CONCERNS HEADQUARTERED IN THE NEW ORLEANS SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DISTRICT. If there are no offers received from a small business concern, this acquisition is then 100% full and open. The solicitation can be viewed in electronic form on the EPS web site (www.eps.gov).
